I wonder how many takes it took to get the "right" one. Ok Jay, try it with a little more fluctuation of your voice. Work on the timing. This isn't like taking pills and injecting needles, there's actual talent to delivering lines on camera.

You know...I'm a Cutler fan but this is a bunch of crap - he doesn't use that equipment.....everyone knows the dude trains at Gold's with free weights and the stuff they have there.

It reminded me of that old episode of "The Odd Couple" TV comedy when Felix was directing a commercial with Oscar and some black football player who was famous at the time.

I mean, damn... I would have lost my shit laughing if I'd been there when they filmed that opening shot of Jay.

Whether he would have preferred it that way or not, there are kids who look up to him. And even though they're not going to get through life without someone institution they trust lying to them, that doesn't justify his feeling carefree about being the first one.

So even forget the dubious claim that leverage machines build muscle faster. [I suppose some paid-off scientist could contrive an argument for it - like one of those global-warming sellouts.] But when he says, as convincingly as he can (not very), "My choice is PowerTec", it's not debatable any more - he's lying for a paycheck.

If he could go back in time and talk to his 10 year old self about it, what could he say that the boy would ever accept?

He sounds like a freaking robot from the 1970's. That equipment is shit. Makes me laugh. Try doing leg extensions with 2 45 plates on it, you won't be able to even get your feet into place.
