You're right, I don't really see any SEO in his arms here, but that could be because I'm still a newbie, it could be because Flex knew how to use it very well, or it could be because he wasn't using it. I don't know. What I'm saying is, he depended heavily on SEO. And he was quite the liar. I was watching some guy selling a product that claimed to do something with myostatin or myostatin receptors, but he said that Flex told him that Flex had no myostatin receptors, and that's why he was so great. This is even after flex retired I think. To be walking around pretending to be some genetic god after having a kidney replaced, come on, that is too much.

SEO was created well after '93...towards the end of his career, when he knew he couldn't play the size game with Ronnie, that is when you started seeing the SEO Flex...
