young man, I majored in Theatre at NYU and lived on campus in greenwich village (sadly- I never saw Eric Roberts)...fact is Audie Murphy could have gone to school where i did and get hit and affected by some "Fabulous shrapnel" that is spreading on the streets of that neighborhood

seriosuly, tedim has added thcikness, groink has recently decilned a bit, if this carries on further , can get eventualy close

a new juicer on the rise can have quick results, an experienced lifter going going can have quick downfall, even if its just temporary.

@jonhny didnt get hard, but the other guy did.

but despite all this, johhny doesnt qualify as finacchio, and he makes me laugh, some of his humour is too complicated for me and i only notice later on how hilarious he was, good stuff.no finnocchhio.just ended up with a cock in his mouth at one time 8)

Good cycle.... low dose x 4-6+ months on = thick, respectable physique for you.

What does the diet look like?

Yeah, I've had days where i hadn't eaten until late.  I'm like "i have to eat"....then I'm like "but I'm not even hungry".

I like the idea of IF, but the 8 hours on / 16 off doesn't work with my schedule.  Skipping a day seems much easier.

yah i stopped letting planned meals infringe my daily life long ago, the best decision i ever made.

sure i make sure the protein is there, if need be all at once, but theres no panicking about missed meals anymore.
very good on the mind.

the downside is, if the bloodsugar crashes down too badly, it ends in a binge at times.
some would just have a little something before the binge happens, but i chose to go for the fatloss instead, risking the binge later on, its walking a thin line at times.

anablohalo is good example, he didnt try,he just couldnt eat much bc of personal stress recently and boom few weeks later he comes back more shredded without even trying.so to say.

i know what you mean.the "nah lets skip it all instead" is very good, its not like the sky gonna fall bc of it ;D

Just shot you an email. The leg is coming along slowly. Can't really do any lower-body conditioning right now. The lifting is going OK and I am definitely gearing up for big things (pun intended). Kept my diet on point for the injury and didn't gain any weight.

My headphone technique is tight.  I also have evolved my left/right system

I use one slightly smaller rubber bud on the left one.to differentiate.  I was using a different color one but I looked like I was on welfare and couldn't afford new headphones.

Quite the flip flop you've made....

I'm sure he's still not impressed with my legs, and thinks my abs could be better. he's not entirely wrong.  if my legs were as big as my arms they would be fucking gigantic..sorry I'm not flawless.

And he's got great legs so I can see where he would say that...just like I can make fun of anybody on the site's arms.

what's really funny is the people who don't post pics criticizing...those are the true dipshits..Sev has posted a thousand pics...he has every right.

PS me and Sev were quite brutal to each other for quite some time...no real reason and we just buried the hatchet naturally because it was stupid

Maybe it motivated him to train...and he turned from a permabulker into a veritable bodybuilder.Ever thought of this?

I also give credit where credit is due. And to put that much lean muscle on that frame takes a lot of work and discipline in and outside the gym. I can make fun of idiots like you all day. But this guy is outstanding at close to 50 worldwide like Wes is at almost 60. Do you think 50yo males walk around at 235lbs lean at 8%? There are few bobybuilders like this let alone recreational lifters. And the guy never competed etc.

And he is naturally witty. Like Squad ... some people are good with words. He could go back and forth with you for a few and I would be in tears laughing, you'd be mad as hell feeling demeaned and he'd continue to be himself.

Thanks for the kind words Sev.

And you deserve props too. You're one of the "personalities" here too with a body to back up your mouth... makes people very angry apparently.  Notice how many people attack us with real malicious intent when we are both nice people for the most part.
