Yeah, I've had days where i hadn't eaten until late. I'm like "i have to eat"....then I'm like "but I'm not even hungry".
I like the idea of IF, but the 8 hours on / 16 off doesn't work with my schedule. Skipping a day seems much easier.
yah i stopped letting planned meals infringe my daily life long ago, the best decision i ever made.
sure i make sure the protein is there, if need be all at once, but theres no panicking about missed meals anymore.
very good on the mind.
the downside is, if the bloodsugar crashes down too badly, it ends in a binge at times.
some would just have a little something before the binge happens, but i chose to go for the fatloss instead, risking the binge later on, its walking a thin line at times.
anablohalo is good example, he didnt try,he just couldnt eat much bc of personal stress recently and boom few weeks later he comes back more shredded without even trying.so to say.
i know what you mean.the "nah lets skip it all instead" is very good, its not like the sky gonna fall bc of it
