seriosuly, tedim has added thcikness, groink has recently decilned a bit, if this carries on further , can get eventualy close

a new juicer on the rise can have quick results, an experienced lifter going going can have quick downfall,even if its just temporary.


@jonhny didnt get hard, but the other guy did.

but despite all this, johhny doesnt qualify as finacchio, and he makes me laugh,some of his humour is too complicated for me and i only notice later on how hilarious he was, good stuff.no finnocchhio.just ended up with a cock in his mouth at one time 8)

jonny is very funny

you just have to think outside the box

So far all my gear has been 10 ml test over 14 weeks and some ECAM stacks maybe 30

So I'm still natural lol

Taking your advice going to run 200 test x7 days and diet down sub 10% then go 300 test 200 deca x7 my first real cycle

Probably 60 days from now

Meat and veggies some fruit no carbs

One day per weak carb meal heavy usually sushi and rolls or burger (home grilled) with backed potato wedges, pizza and or anything else not good

Then I fast for one day

After my carb heavy it actually feels good not to eat the next day. But I do snack usually grapes and hazelnuts

Yeah, I've had days where i hadn't eaten until late.  I'm like "i have to eat"....then I'm like "but I'm not even hungry".

I like the idea of IF, but the 8 hours on / 16 off doesn't work with my schedule.  Skipping a day seems much easier.

yah i stopped letting planned meals infringe my daily life long ago, the best decision i ever made.

sure i make sure the protein is there, if need be all at once, but theres no panicking about missed meals anymore.
very good on the mind.

the downside is, if the bloodsugar crashes down too badly, it ends in a binge at times.
some would just have a little something before the binge happens, but i chose to go for the fatloss instead, risking the binge later on, its walking a thin line at times.

anablohalo is good example, he didnt try,he just couldnt eat much bc of personal stress recently and boom few weeks later he comes back more shredded without even trying.so to say.

i know what you mean.the "nah lets skip it all instead" is very good, its not like the sky gonna fall bc of it ;D

Just shot you an email. The leg is coming along slowly. Can't really do any lower-body conditioning right now. The lifting is going OK and I am definitely gearing up for big things (pun intended). Kept my diet on point for the injury and didn't gain any weight.
