they're around 200lbs and very lean, if they were 20% bf they would be 230-240, how is that not big?

Yeah i consider that pretty big. I am about 6 foot 195, but only cut at around 175, I feel like if i was ever able to put on 25 pounds of muscle than i'd be pretty big.

big is at least 240-250 with fairly low bodyfat.
