Well if youre right then I guess its not too bad, just sounds like alot of damn food to me
I did up a variation this morning.
I used about 1/2 cup of oats, 3 hard boiled eggs, throwing out two of the yolks, about 1/4" slice of a fresh pineapple, and a cup of beech nut applesauce. I'd guess about 500 calories, total.
It was effin' great
