This after four decades valiantly trying not to be. And not fully having reality in clear focus.

BUMP for creating a better workplace environment for all!  :)

White people are fragile and need to be free to act and talk to anyone like the culturally insensitive jackasses they are. Calling out your suspected white supremacist co-worker on their racism can really hurt their feelings. Non-whites should all adopt the S-I-L-E-N-C-E method presented here.
