Obesity rates for U.S. population

Scary stats.  Download the table and check out the increases by years.

Note that obesity rates for the poor and affluent are very close.

For 30+ years we've been told to eat fat fee and high carb foods such as corn and wheat, that saturated fats and dietary cholesterol are bad, that industrial seed oils and hydrogenated oils are good.  How did that workout?

Now we are being told to give up animal products altogether and eat only plant based foods, vegan industrial products, and artificial meat.  Expect a even greater increase in obesity, poor health, and a significant decrease in mental capacity for the next 30+ years.

Agreed. What the virus didn't kill, the vaccine will.

I love all the talk about these vaccines being safe, when JJ had to be recalled.

The recent surge in vegan diets is more fad then science.
Look at our tooth structure and it's proof that humans were meant to eat some meat.

Just 20 years of change

Wait til we get to 2039

90% of the population will weigh 600+ lbs by then, with a 30 year life span.  The show will be renamed My 1,600 lb life.

Well, this is the real reason why 500,000 Americans died of covid-19 last year. Obesity is the single biggest risk factor for covid-19. In fact, if you are not obese and have no other comorbidities, your chances of dying from covid-19 are comparable to being in a car crash.

And you have fat shamed people.

And yet have you heard anything from the media or the government regarding weight management? This should’ve been a top priority if what we’ve been led to believe is really true.

Those stats are from 2019. Just wait till the 2020 lockdown stats come out.
