Gossip & Opinions / Re: REP Adjustable Dumbbells

Do you home gym owners ever have problems with motivation training by yourselves. I like to think I'm self motivated to a large extent, but I'm just not likely to do a workout in my apartment with the bar and dumbells I have. Even in an empty commercial gym I have trouble pulling heavy deads for example, my mind starts to wander, and I "think" too much. Yesterday I had a good session and it was just me and my training partner, but sometimes if there's a good group of guys lifting it can be very energetic. Of course the fucking broccoli heads ruin everything, as well as the Arab groups. Fucking Somali youths running around, joking and slapping each other and hollering lol.

I don't. I've been doing since 1978 (when I was 12). I had a decent basement gym (at home) with bench, two 110 pound sets, pulley in rafters for cable stuff, etc.
The bench had the uprights in the back that raised up for squats, and also had dip handles, etc.
(Jubinville was the main seller around New England).

Always had a commercial gym membership too and used both. (When I got older and could drive).
Gyms are much different these days though, and full of retards, so I do get a better workout at home, and my motivation is never an issue.
My actual love for training actually increases as I age, knowing I cant do it forever, I appreciate it more...

Dumbbells were not primarily made for lifting but to be thrown into "youthful gatherings".

If they played classical music the "youthful gatherings" would disperse. Stores use this trick so "youths" stay away lol. Atlernately some very oppressive metal at high volume.

I was at my tram stop and I was hearing this loud woodpecker sound the other day. Then I made the connection, they were of course playing that sound over a loudspeaker so youths don't gather there at nights, youths of course being a euphemism for Somalis or Arabs.

No, but I started training alone at home for years as a teenager. People who started training in a gym probably will always feel more comfortable there.

I started training at home doing pushups and hand stand presses and using that spring contraption that you bend, that Arnold advertised lol. I was 9 years old lol and gyms wouldn't let kids in at that time even with a guardian. Then we had a very small gym at my apartment complex, mostly I was alone, sometimes there was someone else. I had my hardest workouts there as a teen.

Even if it was t for the unpaid wages, you can’t think you can fuck in front of an employee and it’s cool. Shit, when my wife is in the office I don’t do anything that my employees could misconstrue much less fuck her in front of them. This chick deserves a sexual harassment lawsuit. Just because she’s a chick and maybe a bit attractive doesn’t preclude her from the rules of labor.

It's 2024 and you need to assert dominance in front of the staff.
You may also place tasteful pictures of Squadfather in vital office locations to make sue nobody steps out of line.

I assume the dude is some kind of fighter?
Looks like a good stack for such, although the Anavar is suprisingly high imo. Also surprised there is no GH in there, but maybe he just didn't list it?

A fighter naturally wants to avoid unnecessary water/weight and absolutely wants to avoid too much muscle pump/possible cramping.

Different anabolics have different potential benefits for an athlete, I guess it's somewhat individual, as well as which aspects he needs help with. Whether neural drive, muscle recovery, joint protection/less joint pain. On another forum there's one athlete who has meticulously logged his use of different PEDs and their effects on performance. For example, any test above 200mg was detrimental, so preferably like 150mg only. Different orals seemed to have acute effects like on number of chins performed. EQ was a good anabolic on top of the test, good for endurance. Deca may bring too much water even at 100mg and 50mg might be enough for joint benefits.

I think fighters and athletes would potentially benefit a lot from Halotestin, but I'm not talking about the blind rage. They say raging is actually detrimental for fighting. But it does have beneficial neurological effects, I'm liking the effects of it right now, really activating.

Maybe GH at a replacement dose of 2iu every other day with maybe natural GH boosters on the off days, like a shot of ipamorelin and a GHRH. Just enough for some recovery benefits without bringing too much water or causing lethargy.

Smart drugs like the racetams and Noopept and choline sources can help with learning new skills, on paper at least.

EPO I bet would be fantastic even though I have never done it myself, but Chael Sonnen was busted for it (said the big three were test + gh + EPO).
