Well the only positive thing I can see with this, is the government seeing how dumb people are.  With these dumb people in mind they should allow doctors to prescribe steroids regardless of there testosterone level, this way at least they are doing it properly.  Then the doctor can include a proper PCT so these people can actually keep their gains.  I know this wont happen, just some wishfull thinking

The kid from USC I think that there was alot more to that than they let on. His parents blamed it on steroids because they didnt know what else was going on in his life.
