This thread has been done many times over the last year or two...the videos were posted on April 1st...many of the people on MD fell for it, and Big Cliff did these as nothing but a joke.

IF that weight is real. On the start of the clip, weight stands on the padding of the scott bench like it weights nothing. If I put 120 pounds on the padding, it will be pressed down at least little bit. This padding look to be hard like a rock, or weight is fake...
