Everyone always says their hands were very meaty when on lots of GH, and how even people who shook hands with them commented on the thickess.

That muscle there is a tell, and the muscle between the thumb and the forefinger. Other tells are the double chins. I've seen it develop in real time for example during preps when GH was maxed out.
