Thanks Butterbean!!! The truth is that i want to put only 10 lbs until March. I am trying to stay lean and not to increase my mass with pizza :)

I think they banned DHEA here as well

Im hoping to be pretty lean at about 180 or so but i think ill end up having to be like 170, well see when I get down there.

L00n A friend of Vakis is helping me with my training and diet. Stavros Papadopoulos, Mr. Hellas of 2003 and 2005.

Actually Vakis gym in Kos island is very far away from my town. Although i' ve seen sometimes Micheal Kefalianos, his athlete.

Decent physique too by the way - conditioning is fine, just need more mass obviously.
