When I bought my house in 2005, I put everything I made towards paying it off. I didn't want to have a mortgage for 20 years. Well it is 2009 now and I own my house free and clear. I suspect he and Jezebelle tried to have a child but TA was unable to fulfill his end of the agreement due to fertility issues and that explains his bitterness towards my success. Again, no surprise there.
