I believe I saw a couple of IFBB pros (Omar Deckard) and an Asian guy whose name escapes me at this point.

I asked you how the prep is coming then you go on lecturing me about stuff I already know and agree with. I'm not a big fan of competitive bodybuilding and never, ever had any ambitions to participate it. I've never even been to a bodybuilding show. And considering how you talk about bodybuilding I am a bit surprised that you would even consider getting back into. Especially at this stage in your life when you have so many other things to attend to. I find it a mildly interesting why you would even bother.
