It's funny that you actually post a link to a law claiming that Clinton couldn't have possibly did it because it violated "the law". She lied to congress, got caught and nothing happened.......yet. She's not only in violation of the "law" she's also in violation of the espionage act....legit treason, Howard.

She was never investigated and charged because she never tried to sell U-ore to the Russians.
You see Coach, one needs "probable cause" to bring charges.
Ya know the same probable cause that Mueller used with a grand jury to indict Paul Manafort.
Granted she sucks as a presidential campaigner.
Now the country is stuck with a "Toddler in Chief" .
