okay anyone notice they're SIGNIFICANTLY stronger in some exercises that others? normally on bicep days i use anywhere from 70 to 80lb dumbbells for my preacher curls...but instead of the usual, I wanted to do somethind different to keep things from becoming stagnant...
went to seated alternate dumbbell curls first and could only use the 60's for 10 reps instead of the 70's i was expecting! I was nancified right there on the gym floor!
lol anyone else been shocked with strenght differences in certain exercises?
