How come these guys can look so smooth 5 weeks out and then come in so shredded on the day? Branch looks 20 weeks out or even offseason just relaxed there no shape to his muscles at all? I am sure he isn't but just wired how smooth they can appear?

Branch used to have great aesthetics at one point. He did what you have to do to win contests and flooded his lines.
More aesthetic than Phil, yes you read that right.

branch being the absolit worst. there's only one thing good if he ever wins mr o and that is that it can only get better from there.

Wolf has one of the least blocky physiques i have seen on a bodybuilding stage. At his best he makes Phil look like a Rectangle.
