Title: Yes, I'm still working out
Post by: Steve Namat on February 28, 2012, 12:49:07 AM
Because I got many messages about this...  ::)

Here I am, in the middle of the night, in the bathroom.

No, I haven't increased any shit and I'm still 214.

Maybe I should eat more...but when I was competing I was force feeding myself all the time... Now I don't care about that. Training to be a wrestler actually.

U have to be clean to get a contract...and then there are many options...

And I can be clean in 3 weeks. That's why the prop and stopped everything else a long time ago.

Your not training with wwe, you're training with fcw with is the wwe developmental territory.

Theres a big difference bro.

And I dont know who lied to you and said you make $300,000/yr. Ask Seth Rollins how much his developmental contract is worth Id be surprised if its a penny over $25,000/yr.....Thats the same as a shitty personal trainer makes at a commercial gym. And how much money he's made the past 7 years wrestling.

Steve Keirn, Norman Smiley and all the guys there are WORKING for WWE and I'm TRAINING with them.

Yes, I know Seth.

In the thread we're taking about a possible salary for somebody on TV. Cena made 15 million last year...

Yes, FCW wrestlers with contract are making anywhere between $2000 and $7000 a month.

Nobody in fcw is making $7,000 a month.....unless they are on the main roster. $2,000 is more like it. And thats only the contracted guy. Guys like you arent making a penny. You just dont train with fcw then turn into john cena.

And you arent a wwe wrestler. So i wouldnt tell people that. I train at the same gym with pro athletes that doesnt make me one.

To be honest with you, you have alot of things going against you. Your age, your height ( midgets dont usually succeed in wrestling ), your size and your accent isnt going to help you. Its not like you can learn to take a few bumps and your going to be the rock. Ask Claudio Castagnoli or Chris Hero or Seth Rollins what it took for them to get into fcw.

Good luck with your journey Steve.

Thank u but please don't tryin to be a smartass...

Never said that I'm a wwe wrestler. I'm learning wrestling in the FCW, training with the WWE staff. I'm not even a wrestler yet. I have to learn a lot first.

But I'm hanging out with wrestlers all the time in the last 2 years...and I'm talking about spending the holidays with either Bautista or Alberto Del Rio (Rodriguez)...so I know almost everything about salaries, bullshits, behind the scenes.

I was working out for 3 years (1.5 in my room actually) before I stepped on stage, I was working out for 7 years to get my pro card...11 years to step on stage at the Olympia...and never made a cent... So please don't talk about bullshit shitty salaries in wrestling... $2000 a month is the absolute minimum in the FCW for a nobody...and that's almost a FLEX contract for a top IFBB Pro...

WHAT???

Well guess its a good idea to keep this a hobby.

That number right there is absolute shit money! And guys are here quitting their careers to become pro bodybuilders. No way in hell. And if thats Flex money...god only knows what MD numbers are looking like. What a wake up call  :'(

you have good enough genes ....if u stay on top of your diet and training..mark my words :YOU'LL BE AMAZED how much of your actual physique you gonna keep and you'll be healthier , save more money and still look like a millions bucks..you can run 300mgs and 5 ius for the rest of your life without worrying about your health.....remember i told u this ...
Exactly...

The other thing...

First pic...I was spending at least a $1000 on my body a month...plus cardio every day...working out super hard...

Now...maybe $500...

So I mean what's the point to spend more...I can't keep that condition anyways...

You look better with a bit more fullness.

Never really seen shorter wrestlers tbh Steve, you might want to look into going to school, but whatever floats your boat.

downplaying your actual doses isn't going to cut it in the wresting world Steve, if you want to make money you're going to have to get Ron to delete every post you ever made on AAS and claim to be a hard working natural.

none of this HRT and a good brand of creatine stuff, you're going to have to pretend to be a clean living wholesome role model for the inbred children who watch wrestling

My genes are pretty much the average american male in almost every way. You really think those dosages can be run until I'm 85 years old if that is my lifespan? What makes you think this? Very good topic

on a side note, no way I won't go back on tren and raise my test though again though. I probably will in mid may

200- 300 mgs are  TRT  doses..what mostS doct give their patients..bloodwork will dictate how healthy you are on it..but it's pretty safe.it's been proven ..if should keep your test levels around a 1000 which is high but within normal ranges ...it wont spike up too much  estrogen neither,, so no reason to add an AI but keep an eye on it.....Test is king..afer all is the the hormone we produce...leave all progestins and chemical shit out..you will not only live  forever but one day  you'll 60 and fucking like a 20 .y.o

good post slin  :)

if I may add something, if you are getting human grade testosterone, 100~150mg a week is probably more than enough to put you in the high range, but still within phisyological range. 200mg is certainly slightly above normal range, but I agree with you that testosterone is very safe if you are not going crazy with dosages for extremely long periods.

From my studies I've come to realize that a very good form of hrt would be injections of nebido (testosterone undecanoate) 1000mg every 10~12 weeks. In studies, this way has proven MUCH more stable concentrations than testosterone enanthate and MUCH less need for injections (4~5 per year) which sound great if you like to travel a lot and can not take gear with you, or if you are not particularly a fan of pinning. You may not mind of injections now, but imagine yourselves when you get to 70+ years old, when retired and all you want is to take a nice trip to bahamas (or any place you may want to go) and enjoy yourself.

if you guys are interested take a look at the links below for more information about nebido and its use for trt:

http://www.agingmale2006.com/transcripts/transcript_sag_long-acting_vs_standard_testosterone.asp

http://www.agingmale2006.com/abstracts/abs_sag_nebido_hypogonadal_men.asp

interesting to say that testosterone, estradiol, dht, psa, lipid profile, etc everything is mainteined very well within normal ranges. No need for AI.

My point is, keep testosterone around 200mg maximum, and if you want a little more kick from anabolics, add primo, 400~600mg would do you good with much less side effects than testosterone since it does not convert to estradiol or dht, which cause most of the problems related with testosterone use.

hgh 4~5iu daily would be a BIG bonus, no need to tell its benefits, we all know it by now.

but of course, if money is an issue, than a little more testosterone will give a very good bang for the buck.

If he doesn't want to talk about his doses so what, you can figure it out. What kind of sense of entitlement do some of you have to think that a pro has to come on here and tell you his doses of what he's using???

only issue is if you are predisposed to cancer, then using hgh would increase the rate of cancer growth and potentially make it more fatal.

aside from that running trt for life will be healthier than not doing so. men with higher test levels have lower rates of natural death and diseases, but instead die from unnatural causes more often like drunk driving or getting into fights haha

http://ajpendo.physiology.org/content/281/6/E1172/T2.expansion

This will of course vary depending on the individual, but for vast majority of cases 100-150mg of testosterone will put them in upper range of normal testosterone values. And yes, we're speaking of broad normal range which includes every age.

Going anywhere higher than maximum natural production may over time give you risk of various cardiovascular diseases.

Bloodwork doesn't dictate how healthy you are. There are many other tests to be that to ensure you don't cause any damage.

But big stars makin much more... $1 million and up to $15 million a year...

delusions of grandeur.......

you can count on one hand the amount of wrestlers who made a million dollars last year.

old news...there are  tons of well educated doctors about TRT  who are prescribing 300mgs of test weekly....update your shit , Welcome to 2012..

bloodwork doesnt tell you how healthy you are ?? you are a moron.

There are no such doctors my friend, ask anyone on HRT. Here shit like this may pass, on promuscle there are actual doctors of medicine, ask them.

Bloodwork tells you something, but gives maybe 10% of the picture.

For example Orton made between 3 and 4 last year.

Anyway...the base salary is one thing... That could be 1, 2, 3 million at most... But they're getting extra with every matches, TLC matches double money and so on , so on... And then the big money...for big stars... Percentage from merchandises, tickets and pay per views... One guy (and not Cena) got a 100k check because he was in the new WWE video game. Wrestlemania match: 250k and up. So that's how the salary is getting bigger and bigger.

Lets say Orton did make 3 million last year. He's arguably the second biggest star in the company. And with the company losing money like they are ( look at last quarters #'s ) guys arent going to be getting the same payouts for ppv's etc.

Like I said only a handful of guys are making big money, its the same as bodybuilding. A mid carder in tna makes $500 per match and thats on tv and ppv. Theres thousands of wrestlers all over the country not even making enough to cover the gas money that they spent that night. Its not a glorious profession.

People dont get into wrestling to make money bro because 99% of the people who do it dont make any.

what im about to say might not make sense on paper but it takes certain amount of drugs and years of consistent  training and dieting to achieve a great ,  big physique but much less drugs to maintain it once you have reach certain level of muscularity...

i must say i agree here....
i am no way near my biggest.... but i only train 2 / 3 times a week... and only use some npp and proviron(for obvious reasons..lol!)
to my surprise i maintain a 106 kilo body with this... no diet just 3 maels a day whatever the fuck i want...
but if i want to get to my old 120 kilo..... i know it will take a lot more ... lol...
but it does make some sense...
but steve's physique is more then test prop, lol... sure he may not be lying and actually be on test p at 300 mg...
but he leaves out the tren and hgh... lol...
jus seeing his abs , i know enough...... lol....
btw steve you do look great! always been a fan of your physique....

But still, I'm not lying...

Abs... Well when I asked George (Farah) about offseason diet and cardio, he told me my abs always have to be visible. I was laughing and told him...even at my worst shale ever...my abs are still visible. Everybody is different... Every extra weight goes on my ass, legs, then my lower back...and of course on my head. But almost no fat and water on my abs.

And this is not good as a competitor...that's why I always had problem with my glutes. Other guys with glutes in better condition...even if they're softer, holding more water...glutes are OK...people and judges thinks he's in great shape...

i don't mean to sound like a jerk here, but you are like 5'2 or something aren't you? you will need amazing talent and some charisma to get into the wwe. i mean, if you look at the guys and how the announcers all lie about their height and weight it's pretty obvious that physical size plays a huge role in creating the illusion of professional wrestling for these 13 year old kids

Mysterio is definitely an exception to the rule though, i mean he revolutionized the sport. Not to mention he was basically born a Pro Wrestler.

It's definitely going to be hard

It's a very tough sport but even a tougher business.

Many guys are in the FCW with a contract...for 4-6 years now... Great wrestlers but they told them (Vince, Hunter, Laurinaitis) that they don't have any positions for them...

Bautista was in the OVW for like 2 years and he told me he wanted to go home almost every week...because he thought he's never gonna make it...not getting chance to prove etc... And see what happened.

I'm a beginner so it's doesn't matter right now...but this is how I see it:

I'm never gonna be the best wrestler...but maybe I don' have to be anyways... But I'll really need my body and a GREAT character to be successful... Billy Graham, Hogan, Ultimate Warrior...they knew maybe 5 big moves each... But they had the character...

I can be bigger, I can be much more shredded...whatever it takes... But now I'm a beginner...so they don't care... So I don't know what they need.

Character...I had 2 promos yet...but I don't know what would be the best... I can do almost anything...I wanna be an actor anyways since I was a child... But of course maybe the cocky, arrogant, meat head, maybe barbarian character would be the best...because of my body and accent...

Or something like Ivan Putski...which is a VERY easy character but I think it would be kinda boring these days...

you need to work on a gimmick, something that separates you from the other wrestlers. that's why all those homos have names like undertaker and they come out on stage in coffins and shit, it's first and foremost an entertainment venue, a spectacle that is only a small part physical sport and more so about the drama and the characters themselves. essentially, it's a wrestling drama like days of our lives.

don't worry so much about the wrestling aspect and rather focus on the acting and think of different types of characters you can pretend to be in order to be able to market yourself and make it.

it will be very difficult, but not impossible. the wrestling and physicality of it is secondary to your personae that you bring onto the stage.

A few years into your wrestling career, you do your first tour of Japan.

You're wrestling Scott Steiner ... a legit badass who could kill you with both hands tied behind his back ... and he tells you, you're gonna take this as the finisher:
Do you

a) shit your pants?
or
b)shit your pants?

Just because you can lift weights, take a lot of drugs, and lower your calories for a few months I wouldnt say you could do anything. Bodybuilding doesnt take any skill.

Doing wrestling because you want to be famous is a bad idea.

You gotta love it. The guys who do the best at it are the ones who dreamed of being wwe champion since they were in grade school. Steve just started watching wrestling when he moved to tampa and started working out at the same gym as all those fcw guys.

He has no clue who Dos Caras is or the history behind him or his legendary family.

Not a Daniel Bryan fan?

And to be perfectly honest Del Rio does nothing for me. I usually turn off the tv if im watching wrestling and he's on. He's on the verge of getting that "xpac heat" if you ask me.

I like bryan and i'm glad he is world's champ BUT....HE ISN'T A WORLD'S CHAMP

the guy one of the top wrestlers in the world but he isn't a world's champ in WWF which is a big man's territory ( and yes- I just said "Big man's territory")

in terms of ADR and "xpac heat"- I dunno....fact of the matter (in my eyes at least) is that the guy is way to handsome to not either get heel heat....the guy would be a horrible babyface btw

not that he is a bad worker mind you; it's just- when you are as good looking as he is then there is no why that he can't be a heel

U serious?

The Rock makes more panties wet then damn near any man on the planet. And he's arguably the top babyface of all times.

Del Rio makes me want to turn the tv off not boo him. That's not good heat.

Asshole...

Ur talking about wrestling and bodybuilding just like talking about me... U don't know anything about me (or wrestling or bodybuilding)...still talking shit and ur very confident...which is so funny...

I started watching wrestling when I was 6 years old...I saw my first bodybuilding magazine when I was 9...

But u know...there was no pro wrestling in Hungary...not even TV... I was watching it on other european TV channels. So I started bodybuilding...to look great and to escape from Hungary. And I did it pretty well I guess.

So now I'm ready to start wrestling finally.

Steve when you mentioned contracts in FLEX-do you know in which range are contracts over MD,FLEX and other supplement companies???they NEVER say how worth is a contract but they always write "This bodybuilder signed EXCLUSIVE CONTRACT" and then i find out he makes   -1 or 2k a month...is that a lil bit ridicolous?! only thing i heard when JOHN ROMANO said that JAY signed 3 years with MD for 450k-and you have to calculate that you have to pay 40% taxes from that amount which is 90k a year!ok thats very good,he has other 20 sponsors etc-but isnt it too low for someone who is the best of the best in his field?what about other top 10 OLYMPIA pors?i bet they arent earning that much!

Depends on the athlete and the contract.

As a publication contract $3000 a month is damn good. And yes, it would be a good salary...but if u spending almost that much on food and gear...

Anyways...as I know Kai gets $7000/month...but his supplement contract is much much higher... Some new guys maybe $1000... But u have to understand...if they would call u...u will be a weider athlete, u gonna get $500...deal...? After all those years of work...u gonna say yes...of course...

But in life...it's about different point of views... When I told my buddy Bautista...how much I made with my contract...he was shocked and told me how the hell are they thinking that I'm gonna represent a company for that little money... Well I told him...should I tell them at the meeting...and then go back to the bar being a bouncer just like u were for 10 years... LOL!

Usually 4-5 meals a day...maybe around 200-250 g protein and 150-250 g carbs.

That seems very low cals...2000 or so? Are you training for MMA and with weight in the gym with such low cals? Does your weight drops or you stay where you are?

What was your macros when you where "overfeeding" yourself and growing?

I had protein between 400 and 500 g daily sometimes.

I don't need too much carbs, but I had around 600 g sometimes.

It's all about the speed of ur metabolism. U can stay at the same weight with 150 grams of carbs... Or increase the training, eating more meals...and loosing weight like a mothafucker with 300 grams of carbs...

Doing wrestling because you want to be famous is a bad idea.

You gotta love it. The guys who do the best at it are the ones who dreamed of being wwe champion since they were in grade school. As faggy as that seems those are the guys that succeed because its such a hard thing to do you gotta love it to do well at it. Im sure your bff Alberto has told you that.

HHH runs the WWE. He absolutely hates guys who think because they have some muscle, they think they're gonna be a wrestler.

Stupidest post of the day...

1. Everybody knows that I'm the most humble guy in the wrestling school. I wanna learn first. I don't have to prove anything yet. I'm a beginner.

2. HHH doesn't run the company. He will, maybe one day. Vince already train him to do that.

3. I'm gonna give u only 3 names...but biggest names... HHH, Cena, Bautista... All of them wanted to be a bodybuilder competitor. All of them competed at bodybuilding shows. But they realized they could be much better wrestlers and would make tons of money... Rest is history.

A natural lifter wouldn't consist of 400-500g of protein on a daily basis. Are you retarded by not specifically stating while on "enhancement synthetics" you could take that much since your metabolism is running like no other.

LMFAO. Bautista has been filling your tiny head with a load of shit. HHH competed in the Mr. New Hampshire but learned early on that BB wasn't in the cards. However, the difference between you and HHH is that he actually lived and breathed wrestling at a very early age. Ted Arcidi(worlds strongest raw bench at one time, also a sub-teacher from Newton Mass then Nashua New Hampshire) told him that wrestling was going to explode and Rich Flair gave him his first REAL opportunity. However, Killer Kowalski is the one how layed the real tracks. Sorry to burst your bubble Steve but you already said that you want to be an actor. HHH(Paul Levesque) dispises these types of guys. Truth is you really don't have anything to offer in pro wrestling. WAY WAY too fucking short. You will look like a fat little midget on screen. Sorry but that's the truth. And if Bautista is telling you different bro, I wouldn't leave him and your wife alone for very long. If you get my drift ;)

FYI---HHH only competed in the Mr. New Hampshire once or maybe twice... He later become an NPC local judge when he worked with Kevin McGaunn(IFBB pro) at Gold's New Hampshire. Here's a little insight on HHH. He didn't hang out bars...He was never a bouncer...He would NEVER make the statement(in print) that " if people aren't looking at me then that sucks"...

HHH didn't only pay his dues in wrestling, he now is the dues. That is the reason Vince allowed him to marry his daughter. I'm not trying to rain on your parade or crush your dream bro. But lets get one thing straight.  If you're not GGEWish and/or queer, Hollywood is out of the question. And you might be 5'5, and in  Hollywood, thats actually an asset. However, you don't have the height/weight ratio to be in a position in Hollywood for anything other than maybe a re-mix of the Wizard of Oz. No joke bro...At your height, anything over 150 pounds will look retarded on screen. Now you do have a gignatic mellon because of the amount of HGH you abused over the years and that's a good thing when it comes to the big screen. However, your English isn't the best. And these types of guys on screen are the bad ass type. And no one at your height is the bad ass type. YOU MY FRIEND HAVE EATEN TOO MUCH OF THE AMERICAN CHEESE...Bob Chick has half a foot and almost 50 pounds and is prettier than you and has all the GGEWish connections and has lived around Hollywood for years. And he knew it was a pipe dream for someone who isn't in the Hierarchy. Come on bro, instead of telling everyone what your gonna do, go do it and then come back here and make me/us eat crow. Until then, you're just a fucking wannabe talker who took way too much HGH that his ab wall split. :-\

This is true but if played correctly Steve's relative smallness could also become a subconscious angle in that he will be a natural underdog and that means 'babyface' if his wrestling personality and ability is appealing - look at rey mysterio it's not unprecedented. It can be a point of difference from the endless 6'3 250 dudes.

There are literally many dozens of semi-pro wrestling gigs across America. And some of these guys have been doing this shit for decades. I'm talking hard core mother fuckers. Nobody and I mean nobody under the height of 6 feet joins a wrestling camp and then moves up the ranks of wrestling unless they were on some sort of reality show and/or already bring something(an audience) to the table. And thats a fact Jack ;)

And another thing, IT ALL GOES THROUGH HHH NOW!!!

Until then, you're just a fucking wannabe talker who took way too much HGH that his ab wall split. :-\
Hero of the day!  :D

Relax stupid kid...relax...

It's like telling to somebody who wanna take lessons with a Cessna, that he's never gonna fly to the Moon...he has no chance... Are u that bored dude...?! Go and fuck yourself then!

Just hate LIARS and people who don't tell the truth. Much like GH15 ;) You're not being honest about the Wrestling subject and I'm one of many on here who will tell the truth regardless of the LIES being told.

Not a hero, you're just a lying sack of shit who is about to be exposed the more you talk about WWE wrestling. ;) Bring it on midget. The world is waiting for your knowledge.  The fact that you put Cena and HHH in the same sentence should be enough to shut you up...But whats even funnier is you put the guy you train Batista in the same sentence. WTF dude... Are you kidding me!!!Batista? Jesus dude, you really have zero clue about the Hierarchy of wrestling.

FYI, HHH runs the whole show and the Undertaker hates midgets and Batista loves to fuck migets wifes... .And thats a fact JaCK...

PM me after you've been abused by reality bro ;)

I'm already training with WWE...have to learn a lot first... Then see what happens... I give myself maybe 2 years to find out.  ;)
arent you a little short for that? I professional wrestled a few times I will say this that is the hardest thing you can possible do to your body way worse then football and mma type training. Good luck though steve if your in with the wwe you have it made . What made me give up on it I don't really have the body or didn't at the time and meeting a few of the guys that had success they where all drunks and fucked up in some way. I do think a person can do well at it an have a good life if they avoid the pitfalls and you seem really level headed so good luck

sex is legit cardio, I get embarrassed by how out of breath I am after having sex.  I pretend like i'm good around her, tell her, I'll be back with some tissue to wipe the cum off your cute ass, walk in the bathroom, close the door, then some intense gasping for air, wiping off my sweat with a towel, pretty pathetic lol

Steve,
Have you changed your training since seriously considering wrestling?  Also, do you train with Knobs at all?  I am here in Tampa too, seems he is pretty popular with school.

I'm not doing the real bodybuilding workouts for more than a year now anyways...

Knobbs isn't working at FCW, I'm training with Steve Keirn, Norman Smiley and some other guys from FCW, Raw and Smackdown.
