I'm restricting calories, and I'm losing about 1.5 pounds a week day.Is this what's making me require like 10 hours of sleep to feel rested though?
Fixed. Seriously, restricting to a point where you are only losing 1.5 a week you should hardly notice. If you were losing a pound a day then I would expect you to feel tired. Hope this helps.
