hello i need some help on something

i just bought these great baked potatoes from my grocer they are call potatoe oh-and they are 8oz baked potatoes wrapped in plastic wraps-and it tell u on label to put in microwave with the special plastic wrap on and nuke em-but i notice they whistle when i cook-and labels say that is ok plus i know u susposed to poke holes in them but they tell u to not poke holes
do yall ever use these before
i am scared of exploding my microwave if potatoe explodes

please help

Poking holes is a myth.  I'd buy regular potatoes w/no plastic wrap...clean them and nuke those for about 5 min if you don't have and hour to bake them.  Don't worry about the whistling sound, they shouldn't explode
