So here I am doing arms, curling 95s for a strict set of 10.
Then I notice an ILS frat type guy with South Carolina Gamecocks hat inclining 185lbs walking around with straps hanging to his fucking knees.

I only use straps on heavy deads. That's it.
Nothing wrong with using them on back days.

But on non back days ...especially for bench, definition of douchebag.

I use straps when I bench so I can lock my grip because I use a false grip so f**k you. I also use (or used too) use straps for squats so I can lock my ass in, either get the weight up or I break my back....that being said I've never had a back injury (spine).

I don't know how many pair of straps I lost(stolen)because I put them down and forgot about them. Esp. when doing complete body workouts.

So its not unheard of to have them loosely around my wrist after training back and moving into say biceps just for the soul reason not to forget about them. Or you can be one of the douche mallets who bring in a suitcase sized workout bag and leave it on the floor next to their gallon of water.

Back when I was a beach lifeguard we would tie a ski rope to the life guard truck to get dragged around through the sand when bored. I would use my straps on that and get dragged all over creation. Good retarded teenager fun times.
