As I mentioned before I use to talk to Bill Pearl through texts. He stressed that a smart man gives up the heavy weights as they age. I believe he said he stopped using heavy weights when he hit 55.

yes i spoke 3 times with Bill on the phone he was a great guy. At that time i was really just doing under grip supinated chins for Biceps & Bill said do you have a preacher bench & i got one for my Home Gym after the conversation.
works well with chinning the Bar

The scott can be really hard on the bicep.  I know a guy that ripped his bicep using one. I don't know how Larry Scott used one for decades with really heavy weight without a rupture?

It sure feels that way. I think Israel very much wants Iran to retaliate for their attack in Syria so they can escalate further. Will drag the US into the conflict eventually. Iran must know this and it must be humiliating for them that they cannot respond to Israel's provocation because they need a little more time for the A-bomb.

First off it was Iran that provides arms to Hamas.  Israel retaliates and liberals act like it's an unprovoked attack in Syria. Fuck Palestine and their support of Hamas. Hamas are in government positions and they teach murder of Israel in their schools. If Iran gets nuke they will surely use it on Israel.  They will supply it to Hamas so they can claim their innocence.  Iran was broke under Trump and now they export oil heading to China and other countries in sick numbers. It's Biden and Obama that unfroze their money in the banks.  I wonder how much kick back they received. Remember Obama flying out pallets of actual cash to Iran?  It's no wonder every time Israel fights back Democrat tell them to stop. Now the most amazing thing of all is happening. Democrats are blaming Trump for the chaos going on there.

Biden vs. Trump on the economy

Trump wins on stock market performance, real-income growth, and low inflation.

Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

"Let’s look at the Trump record:

Under Donald Trump the economy, pre-COVID, boomed, like no time since the 1950s. Look at your 401(k) over the past three years.

Unemployment for Black Americans is lower than it has ever been, under any president of either party.

Under Mr. Trump, our trade relationships have vastly improved and our trade deals have been rewritten. Thanks to him, middle America is on the map again and the Appalachian and hourly worker has some hope.

This newspaper has not supported a Republican for president since 1972. But we believe Mr. Trump, for all his faults, is the better choice this year. We respect and understand those who feel otherwise."

At this point in his term — about 910 days in — Joe Biden is the second-most-unpopular president in modern U.S. history. As of July 18, Biden’s average job-approval rating, according to the poll aggregators at FiveThirtyEight, is a paltry 39.1%; his average disapproval rating is 55.4%. That means his “net approval rating” is -16.3%, which is well “underwater,” as pollsters like to say.

Negative 16.3% is also really bad historically speaking. In fact, the only president with weaker numbers than Biden was Jimmy Carter, who hit -28.6% on day 910. At the time, just 29% of Americans approved of Carter’s performance on average, while 57.6% disapproved.

I don’t prefer to use the term sloot but the content creator used it. At this point, incel is used for men who say mean things about women, even those who have women. I was once told “you sound like an incel,” even though I had sex a few hours before.

The fact that you keep defending that you aren’t an incel by declaring that you had just had sex prior to being called an incel - is pretty gay man.
I don’t get the ani posit to chicks in general. Some are girls and some are cool.

I enjoyed the movie about William Wallace.

The Gurkha`s  still trian with the Khukuri/Kukri & are issued them ( 2 one for ceremonial duties) by the British army. Same one the Indian Gurkha Rifles use.
