Regardless of race or ethnicity, if you grew up not having the money, nor the concept of saving money, nor moral compass, you see these actions a lot.
I've seen "ballas" with their expensive cars, and want to flash money, and 6 mos to a yr later, the cars are gone, the money is gone, and the women are gone.
If one is taught the value of money, then chances are one doesn't act flashy or splurge.
