test is 100 mgs on thursday and 50 mgs drol on off days and 100 mgs drol on training days
i now train just once every other day
listening to lots bout eating and it seems the way to go is high carb, mod-high pro and low fat
they say 1-1.25 grams per pound of pro and .25-.3 grams per pound of fat and the rest carbs
