What could possibly be wrong where the more dehydrated you are on a stage under hot lights the better you supposedly look!?

Last time I was doing PSMF and taking ephedrine.

Was lying in bed one evening completely exhausted and started feeling really strange, like I was going to pass out, could hardly breathe. Not a panic attack, just feeling incredibly tired. I was eating 800kcals at 200 pounds and lifting almost every day. Had been doing it for a couple of months.

Take a weight that you can squat 10 reps with, then do 20,and you`ll know what near death feels like.

As UK Jeff might say, throw in a set of breathing pullovers after the squats to expand your rib cage!  :D

The closest I came to were the 100 rep set of squats with 225, the 50 reps with 315 and the 50 reps with 700 on the vertical (not those diagonal piles of crap they use now!)  leg press.   I was relatively young and it still took some time to to recover.  ;D
