My hair went early due to MPB, crap happens. I shaved it off, as do the millions of other guys who lose their hair. Actually, shaving it off is the best thing to do.
Sick. I have had a few gays try to pick me up, its revolting. Its not a choice. I don't believe that. There is something in the wiring that is off. How can a guy not look at a chick like Eva Mendes and not just want to hit that?
The pictures of Kevin Levrone (Who is one of my Favorites of all time) off the sauce is just amazing. Same with Jean Claude Van Damme. Seriously, you would think that all that lifting actually built some real muscle under there. Especially with all the food to boot.
I used to work out at Gold's Yonkers Ave., back in the day. Its right near the Bronx border and there were a lot of guys like that. Wraps, chalk, bags, belts, etc, all for a few half reps in a cage, sort of like Kamali.
However, there were tons of gorillas back then over there. They changed to Planet Fitness and threw me out the second day because they said I was not the image they wanted.
First - Go into my basement and get my AR15 with laser scope, Glock 17, Marlin .22 Papoose Rifle, and Survival backpack.
Second - Put war paint on my face.
Third - Run to a mountain or forest area
Fourth - Scream - "WOLVERINES"
Fifth - Take out all invaders one by one.

Hammer Throw is a great event. I was number 1 in my county in the Discus and pretty good at the Shot too.
Kudos. 'Hammers' were what we used to call guys who were unable to discern nuance or ambiguity -ie. everything they see is a nail.

333386 is a great fan of the sport, a proud lawyer, MMA enthusiast and an all-around solid getbigger.
If he is bald or short, like Galeniko said, it isn't his fault.
He isn't a hypocrite, as he sticks to his morals and values as best he can.
He also isn't a closet fag, because I would have certainly known by now.
What he indeed is, is a great fan of the sport, a devoted Republican, a dedicated lawyer, a bodybuilder, student of MMA and proud American.
I only see positives on that list. Does he have the largest post count on this site? Yes. Is that truly a detriment of any sort? No. Some folks actually have an office with a computer on their desk and in between calls and meetings can actually take some time out to breathe, post on getbig and laugh.

30-45 minutes - weights - usually Rushfit dumbbell circuit routine or compound movements routine. Clean and Jerks, squat, bench, or military press - keep it simple
2 miles on treadmill - 1/4 mile at 4.0 followed by 1/4 mile at 8.5 intervals until i get to 2 miles - 20 min
Abs or stretching 10 min

Deadlift (1.25 x your bodyweight)
Power Clean (.75 your bodyweight)
