Yesterday, I was doing flat bench dumbell presses (only 110lbs dbs fellas) and the bench I was using was one of those adjustable flat to incline peices....anyways, two 'bros' came up to me while i was standing and said "Hey bro, you using the incline bench..." I said, yeah I got like 3 sets left though...(then i noticed a reg. flat bench unused behind me) ...but hey use this bench , I will just grab the flat right here since im not using the incline" ...they appreciated the gesture.
Should I of own3d them or not ?
