He can come in shredded as all heck... he can be crazy diced... jay knows how to do that. But he'll lose a lot of size to do that. It worked before, when streamlined Jay won... but streamlined Jay was big as a fricking house, 12 weeks out. Jay has to grow INTO this show. In my opinion, that means he comes in looking skinny.

HOWEVER, as was stated 30+ years ago... the title is awarded to "the person who is the best representative of the sport". And that is gonna be Jay or Phil. It's not about the best physique onstage that day. People forget that.
