That's actually a very good interview. I like Palumbo's way of talking to his guests, he does that very well.
Never was a fan of Platz, but here he comes across as smart and very positive

Nice retro vintage clothing, great to see Danny Padilla involved and looking fantastic!

Apparently when he does squat it's on the Smith Machine.  From the comments section:
