Frank was never the same after the car accident.  Has to be slow to be doing a cliff rappel with a bicep not fully healed. The Dr told him six months minimum and he was still doing physical therapy. Now he won't able to train at all.

FYI, he doesn't need "competition" bodybuilding to make a living, he has more then enough muscle to be marketable on social media, he can still get acting gigs, and modeling gigs. The guy isn't even an IFBB pro and has over 2 million followers on Instagram and seems to be making a good living not competing. So I doubt having some muscle imbalances due to injury are really going to ruin his life, not to mention chicks don't care if one quad is a little smaller then the other, nor do casting directors.

All those " followers " won't stick around if he can't train,compete , stay in great shape all year round and do out of the ordinary stuff.   It might not ruin his life. But social media followers will definitely move on to the next guy.

he has changed his mind several times on what he wants to compete in, not to long ago , before the bicep tear,  he wanted to qualify for the olympia mens classic physique, then it was cross fit, now with two more injuries i wonder what he will do next
