Theres a kid at my gym strong as hell on the bench, 415lb max, hes about 20 years old and 230lbs id say. But all he does is bench and curls so last night hes waiting for the bench and im squatting so i said come on man do legs tonight he said " er i usually do legs weekend mornings"
So do them tonight! Mix it up i said!
So we started squatting, 1 plate a side warm up, ok, then 2 plates aside, i do a 2nd warm up set, he gets under the bar 3 reps, and gets stuck on the floor and drops the bar!!!
Benches double what he squats!! Arms as thick as his legs!!
How pathetic!
