Does anybody here think Phil gets too much praise for being one of the smarter guys in bodybuilding? In every interview I've heard him, he sounds like a total brickhead. The guy's role model is Jay Cutler, for crying out loud.

Phil is pretty smart, knowing how to deal with criticism, the press and the business of bodybuilding from his days in college when he played basketball.
Considering that Jay Cutler made over 1.5 million last year, I would think Jay being a role model for business decisions and how to act is quite good.
Here is Phil Heath and Dexter Jackson. Will this Olympia be the yeat that Phil surpassed Dexter to the top?

other than the first pic heath looks pretty large in the rest of the pics,the stage shot his back is thick looking in that shirt.arms still full not hard but shape there.dex looks in good shape ,veins in arms.

for those of us who are slimming down...flex looks better than phil. i weight 220 at 70 ins now from a high of 238 and will move back to my 205 high school football weight. why the f##k i want to look bloated like phil? and strength levels are still excellent. ::)

You look bigger at a lower bodyweight with the proportions you get, under the shirt.
I've been 240 and over 250 now i stay around 200 (competed at 193), i look much bigger under the shirt. Much better than bloated at 240.
