At the 2013 Olympia prejudging staged on Friday night, we had a problem. Kai was holding a film of water— we couldn’t figure it out, maybe he was a bit nervy or something. By Saturday night’s finals, we had gotten rid of the water and he was much tighter, but it was too late and he was second again. People said why didn’t you bring him in like 2012, ripped and lean? I said, guess what, we brought him in like that in 2012 and he was second, so for 2013 the plan was to bring him in bigger and harder.
At the Arnold Classic Europe, a week later in Madrid, we nailed it and he made Phil look small. That was his best ever. He was 280 pounds, shredded. But again it was too late; we all know a week after winning the Mr. Olympia that the champ has an advantage going in.
This year we’re gonna repeat and improve the Madrid look. People keep saying don’t let him get any bigger. We’re not aiming to make him bigger, we’re aiming to make him better. We won’t go by the scale; we’ll go by how he looks. C’mon, the guy’s a freak of nature. In early July, 11 weeks before the Olympia, he’s posing at 307 pounds with his glutes just about striated. I feel bad for anybody who has to stand next to him on the Olympia stage.
The only change from Madrid is we’re working on is streamlining his waist more— already people have noticed it is smaller. We’ve changed his diet a little. He’s having smaller meals, more often; like eight to nine meals per day. That way we keep too much protein being ingested at one time, which can bloat the stomach.
Listen to me. Everyone one is saying Phil cannot be beaten. Kai is not one of them. He’s absolutely confident he can beat Phil— he already did in Madrid. He knows he has to be bang on at Friday night’s prejudging, and be set up to beat Phil on Friday and Saturday. He is so confident he will win the 2014 Olympia, that he’s not doing the contests taking place during the weekends after the Olympia. For him, now it’s all about the Olympia— only about the Olympia. He’s focusing only on that and by not thinking ahead to other contests, all the marbles will be on the table in Las Vegas. Kai has this dream of winning the Olympia, and he will never let that go. He believes if you don’t have a dream, you give up. He’ll never give up.

I think you may be right. Say what you want about Kai - but if he truly has the believe and spirit that he says he does - the guy won't be denied forever. I love his attitude and his outlook on life. I just got this news from a good friend of Kai.
Kai called Phil earlier today and congratulated him already on his 2014 Mr. Olympia win.
Kai still has to go to battle for 3or 4th place because 2nd is already taken by Wolf.

Agreed, all this "won't let him win because of his past" is nonsense. The IFBB knows pageantry doesn't appeal to the masses and never will. And even if it were the masses they wanted to attract, it still wouldn't matter. That's my prediction as well. Phil has no competition whatsoever. (unless wolf did some adjustment we didn't see yet)
Kai is on his way out. I saw Phil a year ago and he looked unbelievable! Because of all the negative posts about him I didn't expect to much. Boy was I wrong. I've seen most of the Athletes over the year but no one looked as perfect as Heath. His muscle flow and proportions are just unmatched by Kai. (not even talking about the shoulders to Traps ratio) Ever since, I know you cant lose money if you bet on him.lol
If there is a better Bodybuilder It would be very much a miracle at this point!

and some of the more serious BB board (let's be honest this is a BB board but look at the G+O... it's just a warzone really for the savages like me) REALLY believe Wolf got robbed and some VERY knowledgable lower tier pros and gurus are predicting WOLF at 2 this year.
Kai is losing it physically.
And Wolf is gaining. He definitely, in my opinion, had his drug protocol off in past years. I'm going to ignore his calves because Kai has NO traps ( a much bigger issue IMO).
And Kai's flow has sucked since he went for all this size. He used to look OK, back when he put a major dent on his future with grapefruit, skateboard pic, white towel, watermellon, Jimmy Z production, muscle hunk photo shoots, etc etc etc. Who knows what we don't know about Kai.
But that's not the point.
On physique alone, it is

no doubt 3 is Kai. There is NO doubt. He is better than everyone behind him. But he simply doesn't compare to Wolf and Phil. His flow SUCKS. I believe he is the biggest gear abuser of all of them (phil on the other hand I believe is the smartest. look at alll of their faces. Kai used to be descent looking even good looking before he blew up... hmmmm. why does he look like Alien or rather Predator now? HE looks awful facially).
just sayin. Everyone's entitled to an opinion. But if Wolf doesn't get 2nd this year the "the gift" may be phil, but kai will be the recipient of one too many if he does get that silver.

I'd wanna keep my skin, face and calves but structurally I'd like to look like Wolf for sure. Wolf is freaky big but it all flows well, even with the lack of calves.
I think what makes his body look "ugly" offseason is because he's pale as a ghost and has a weird facial structure... But dieted down and with a tan he looks like a jacked up Duke Nukem ;D

He looks like a blow up doll; very little grain; horrible flow; legs look AWFUL from an aesthetic perspective; good delts; maybe in a couple years he'll be up to no.3 when Kai is phased out and Dennis is up there in age. I don't believe anyone can challenge Heath for the next seven years. Honestly. He is so far above and beyond the competition at a relatively young age, with confidence, and clearly intelligence, because he busts his ass off and cycles smart (as in he does not blast all year. he actually grows into his shows, he is the antonym to fat Rami, the poster boy for insulin-hgh-igfLR3 abuse and mega doses of gear, all year, most definitely. Look at his head. His offseason shape. His off season weight. It's all very disturbing for a 5'9'' guy (he's not 5'11'' btw).

Even though the winner is pre determined (and rightfully so because he is the LeBron to Arnold's MJ if the ifbb was the nba--yes i just said Heath is the 2nd best of all time), as a purely heterosexual fan of the sport, I believe it's an art still. And heath is the FIRST competitor since Nasser and before that, more so Dorian who I believe was in the modern day size game era, yet still made this sport look fucking pulchritudinous as in, an art form, no white towels, no cum involved.

They didn't do that shit in 74-80 when this was EPIC, and they should go back to the roots and continue the size game. Just change the trunks, increase the revenue stream by appealing to the heterosexual and female demographic who currently finds the sport cultish and weird (which it appears to be, but smart fans don't give a fuck because it doesn't change who we are. I am straight and a fan of BB. I don't give a fuck what anyone has to say about the sport, because their confirmation bias is tantamount to stupidity and their genetics simply hold them back from realizing it. They lack the will power to understand. As Gal said, part of Genetics is will power. It's not all physical. Because as arnold said, while you are partying, someone out there is getting smarter, someone out there is getting better. The later two are will power. Perhaps the first is born with superior physical genetics and higher IQ. But he's lazy as shizzo. The later two win.

If I was Farah. I wouldent talk so much....making promises are pretty damn stupid. Its like not being aware of how fragile a life is. Kai can get sick, hurt, infection, slipp in the bathroom, get stuck by a bee, strech his necck while dry him self with a tovel after bath etc etc etc etc....People who do dosent need to talk.
