Well, I was 47 in that pic... ;D And yes, I hear that all of the time. Good genes, staying in shape, and most importantly...a strong mind. I refuse to age. And I'm serious about that. Swear to God, it's not a hairpiece. I kind of receded a bit at the temples, and I comb it hide that a bit, lol. Probably should go for a different style or get the balls to take it all off. I think being bald would draw more attention to my big Italian nose though, lol!

I don't get that horsehoe shit. Why do guys do that? Just take control and go completely clean. If I lost enough hair, I would definitely go that route. And wear a beard or goatee unless you posess one of those handsome, chiseled faces. And I wouldn't consider a hairpiece. Maybe a transplant if I could afford a top of the line, single graft job that looks natural.

Depends where you live and what you're going for.
Hippie chicks in lots of places love the long haired and bearded look. They think it makes you look genuine, kind and like a person of depth. In Thailand and India this kind of look gos over really well.
I know you're from Maryland though, and out there i'm sure it doesn't go over too well.
I think I have more luck with long hair and a beard than I do with hair gel and the professional look.
It's all about where you're at and what kind of crowd you mingle with though. What kind of lifestyle you have and what kind of look you can pull off well.
When you just follow your heart and keep it real to what you wanna do everything falls into place.

It's a clear and obvious fact that homeless people break down into one of two categories; 1) they are compulsive addicts, drugs, alcoholics or gambler's 2) they are in a state of mental disarray ie. dementia, disability, etc.
No sane or normal person would live on the streets, esp. if they are so smart and intelligent as you claim, they would at the very least live in a comfortable environment with roof and shelter over their head.

Of course, these people don't LOOK homeless. They usually keep their clothes clean and act very normal, so you see them and just think they are a regular person with a home, you just look right past them. But at night, they are sleeping in the van, or in the bushes.
When I was homeless I looked really clean all the time. Because I had good gear and I did it smartly. Nobody ever suspected it.
The homeless you see and identify as homeless, filthy and goinf crazy, are probably only about 20% of the total homeless population. Lots of normal looking people you see out there are homeless, and many of them keep it a secret. They never beg for change and they often live a fairly normal life.

I never set foot in a homeless shelter and I never begged once. The sane and level-headed homeless are usually independent. They don't go to shelters and usually don't beg. They usually keep it a secret that they are homeless and don't admit it to people they meet, unless they think that person won't judge them for it.
They are walking around the mall. They are sitting at the coffee shop. They are shopping at the grocery store. They are normal people. They look normal. But they are sleeping outside, usually living a nomadic life, going town to town, city to city.

I would only make HVY in the Masters. Alex, since you've never dieted down for a show you really don't know where you'll be. I still have a good idea where I will be especially since I've never gone above 17lbs above where I competed last. The advantage you have over me at this point is that I've been training as an athlete and not as a bodybuilder. I suppose we could always sprint a 40. haha.
