I salute Be There, he still has hair and is in his 50's, he's still has a great build again in his 50's, my only advice in regards to hair for him would be consume more Omega 3 fats/incorporate more collagen in his daily diet/dont wash hair everyday/use coconut oil as a moisturizer and or leave in conditioner. If he follows this protocol he could snap the Stamos Sandow next year!

That's the same body weight that was on the ID card I got for California while I still had a South Dakota driver's license when I was 15 and that's the body weight that's on my California ID card now. The California driver's license stated I was 6 foot 1 and 230 lb. I got a replacement California ID when they took my California driver's license for the DUI in 2016. Have you ever been fucking arrested?  I don't know what they do whatever bumfuk European shithole you live in but They don't fucking weigh you here in the US weather in South Dakota or California you dumb fuck mother fucker. I wasn't even 186 when I left the fucking hospital after my hip surgery after a month of zero anabolics in the fucking hospital. Add to that I got out of the hospital in mid-september I wasn't booked in for two months now after that which means I've been back in the gym and back on testosterone and back in the gym for a good 6 7 or 8 weeks by the time I was booked in on November 8th. Apparently being a wizard of Truth doesn't require any sort of fucking logic. Fucking punk guy

They didn't use my license. They used my CA id. They took my license with the 2016 dui. Luckily I didn't get charged with driving on a suspended license.

Didn't even ask me. I saw it on the form they had me sign when booked. Matter  of fact the guy booking me in was a sergeant buddy of mine (not the cop who arrested me). Lil embarrassing I gotta say.. Plus I knew 6 other sheriffs at the initial jail I was housed in. 4 guys n 2 girls... Apparently they already had a moniker for me lol. .. Long story.
