Don't know for sure since I don't count calories, but my guess is around 2000 (counting in the weekly pig-out day).

iwould have thought lower, if you never use cardio.

i'm at around 2300 with tabata cardio twice a day, and its comming off nicely, but still worry how long it will last, before i have to drop more calories  :(

You could try Metabolism Forecaster for estimating optimal caloric intake. I just do it by rate of weight loss. If it slows down below 1lb / week, I would slightly reduce intake (or up cardio if that's more convenient).
