Battle of the Planets was my favorite growing up. Blown away by the drawings and the premise at the time.

1930 The Fleischer Studio,...the female character is called Betty Boop, they made a large number of very entertaining (and a little bit dirty) cartoons. They animated the popeye cartoons as well.

Clark Kent with that physique and that custom tailored double breasted suit looked like a million dollars.
The same studio that did the betty boop cartoons did these,...they did 17 of them; they even went to the trouble to match the colors of the inks used on the covers of the comic books.

Both of them are nicely done, esp. AEMSH. Season 2 starts in 2012. They've crammed a whole lot of action into each episode, the dialogue and the story lines/arc are good and the animation is cool.
