Wow gotta give you props for the improvement. That's a lot of size added for a year though... did you pull it off naturally?

Trained them
Never worked legs consistantly, I would train them for a month, and them wouldn't train them for a year lol...they were never a focus for me, nor was having a completely balanced physique, I loved lifting, but I also loved running and swimming and various athletics, so being ripped and looking good in clothes was more my goal.

I started training them twice a week, all basic movements, lots of free bar squats front/back/ and hacks, been eating alot more consistantly 6/7 meals a day, and been incorporating alot more fats in my diet, even cycle on and off the anabolic diet a few times a year. And yes all done naturally.
