Be smart dude, you are more likely to get ripped off than hooked up asking out in the open.

I did some extensive googling and asking around and it seems that my problem is not the lack of potencial sources, but my place of residence
nearly impossible to get something through customs here, especially from the 'high risk' countries

just to show you how fucked we are here - i can get a kit of 100% bunk kigs for 300-400$ domestically

There are plenty of brands out of China that work great for ~$200 per kit.
