lol- this is not true and it makes absolute sense that he could have 'cut up arms' as you call it, but still maintain a very healthy roll of fat along his mid section especially in the navel area. i have seen guys who clip out at 6-7% on a 7 site fold and still have that abdominal fat.

My coworker read it all and wonderred what I was into.   He's still giving me weird looks for going all the way to Columbus (from LA) to see the Arnold Classic.   He claims I can spend hundreds of dollars to go watch guys prance around in speedo's.   Well he's wrong speedo's are bell bottoms compared to what they wear!  Its all good    he's a mma guy  and I get him back with that. All their guys are bald , talk trash   then spend 10 minutes humping on one another till one gives up.

sure it is not amazing but for someone who is not on a diet i think it's very ok.. and the rest of me now is bigger than in this pic.
