Tell me about Asians, what are their general opinions on Black and White people? Has any kind of racism ever caught on very strongly in the Asian world?

I know about the atrocities committed by the Japanese during and before WWII, but not sure if they were race related?

But, I havent seen major racism activity or strong statement like USA in japan
