hey i've just found a weighted vest on amazon... does anyone recommend?

i'll probably buy it anyway... based on rosstraining - that dude's a beast lol...

i think i'll buy the whole suit

it comes with a heavy duty belt and zipper , just gotta grow a stache now

TEAM Nasser members can do this, not everybody has hot chicks swarming around them as we do Bluto, although Bluedevil is in the unholy Alliance I am sure he has no problem getting hot chicks to ride his back on the beach, question is, is there a beach around his house?

I'm not sure but I hope there's a beach close by, Arnold used to run on the beach
