I think my gym goes up to 130 or 150 pounds dumbells, and I do those for a pretty easy 10 on rows,and I started with nothing of anything,and a little less nothing now lol.

TA was suppose to do a deadlift set of 225 lbs for 112 reps or something like that without stopping and was gonna post the vid to prove it. I'd have to say 150lb DB row is a lot of weight, I think we'd have to see proof to believe that.
