1) Your set-up is a mess. Arch back, dig shoulder blades into bench. move feet back about 10-12 inches.
2) Lose the Velcro belt, especially on high rep work.
3) Do more max-Effort work
4) work on lockout. You should never stall 2-3" from lockout.

My form is not great, but it is really my diet (under 2,000 calories per day) which is holding me back. I did 225 for 19 on the bench on Monday with the same form and plan to hit 20 tomorrow. I will post a clip not too long from now doing 20.
On Tuesdsay, I deadlifted 315X15 but definitely had 17 but just gave up because my hands felt like they were going to rip off my arms. I'll post a clip when I get 20.
We need a 315 for reps deadlift challenge on here.
