doing so takes the stress off the muscle and puts it directly onto the joints

My form is not great, but it is really my diet (under 2,000 calories per day) which is holding me back.  I did 225 for 19 on the bench on Monday with the same form and plan to hit 20 tomorrow.  I will post a clip not too long from now doing 20.

On Tuesdsay, I deadlifted 315X15 but definitely had 17 but just gave up because my hands felt like they were going to rip off my arms.  I'll post a clip when I get 20.

We need a 315 for reps deadlift challenge on here.
