I have heard this and i don't know if it is true but supposedly if you push your gut out as far as you can on back double bi shots it makes your waist look smaller from behind. I notice a lot of the pros do it.

Might be true but you shouldn´t be able to push it out that far in competition shape.

or leafy, even better, lets see you do it... you have a sick vaccum you can doo.. but you know what, i bet when you stick out your abs as far as they can go, its going to be QUITE bit distended.
