Depends. If you do a thousand large volume shots say in the delts there's going to be scar tissue so it's not good for a muscle. But it gets worse with these UG products which may use large amounts of solvents and high concentration of hormone. Look at the delts of top amateurs and pros, most have little cuts and have lumps and bumps and it isn't necessarily due to Synthol per se.

I would put as much as possible in the glutes for this reason. Use as small needle as possible, especially when site injecting more visible parts. Massaging the area supposedly reduces scar tissue build-up.

The actual drug it self will not cause atrophy, some drugs do though. Most of the time pharma test is in sesame seed or cotton seed oil and that will not cause any type of atrophy. Some of the UG drugs have way too much solvents in the them which can cause damage over time. Synthol is very acidic and is not the same type of oil used in pharma drugs.
