a writer and photographer from "muscelmag" is coming to my gym tomorrow to photograph me for an upcoming article hes doing on me. hes gonna take tons of pics. ill see if i can have him email me some and post them, mike.

We were supposed to start the diet last monday,she did i did not,i need a goal (like a contest date) to start dieting hardcore
it's easy to get fat and convince yourself your "getting big",i have to motivate myself (usally not a problem) as there are no "bodybuilders" at my gym

thats exactly what i said to laura, bro. theres no way im gonna be able to buckle down with a contest strict diet...with no contest coming up!!! lol!!

tony monchinski took a ton of great photos of me working out and posing today, bro. i should have some of them by monday, he said. i will post them. today i am 2 weeks out.

Cool!.......................(Laura is sick today so im playing nurse,no gym etc)
maybe ill watch some bodybuilding DVD'S to try to get "re-motivated"
