ya no offense dude but why are you juicing its not a miracle drug you might get bigger but you seem to have a very high body fat. i was in the same boat and have gotten myself in check and plan to do much more naturally before i start

Alcohol swabs should be used constantly on vials and injection sites. Unfortunately a lot of guys are lazy and do not practice this and end up with severe abcess that need to be surgically removed.
